The stretch film can not only satisfy the functions of moisture-proof, dust-proof, touch-proof, transparent display, but also increase the attractiveness of the product. It can also be used to replace various types of paper boxes, which not only saves packaging costs. The stretch film is directly heated by far-infrared radiation to various specifications of the film. The product is transported to the shrinking furnace through the conveyor belt, and the product is loaded onto the Shrink Wrap Film. After sealing, the product enters the shrink wrap machine, and the product automatically shrinks. The stretch film packaging machine consumes a small amount of electricity, and the average power consumption per hour is only 2.1 KW, achieving a perfect shrink packaging effect. Moreover, the stretch film does not affect the package, the electronic stepless speed change, the solid state pressure regulator is temperature-controlled, stable and reliable, and is used for heat shrinkage of food, beverage, candy, stationery, hardware tools, daily necessities, chemical products, and the like.

So after we understand the basic application of the stretched film, we can look at what it needs to pay attention to and can be divided into the following parts:

First, there is no black impurity, the die of the stretched film should be washed clean, and there should be no burnt plastic falling in, if the naked eye can be found, it must be cleared immediately

Second, the paper tube must be aligned, not one side long and short. The standard for whitening on both sides is about 1 cm

Third, try to reduce the wrinkles on the surface of both ends and the white pressed lines in the middle, which will seriously affect the aesthetics

Four, When the film is stretched, pay attention to the edge of the protection. Do not collide and cause the quality of the edge. Can't have burrs

Five, If the edge of the stretched film is broken, it must be cut and tidy. If the cut is uneven, it cannot be shipped as a finished product. Including the goods must be rolled up at both ends, not more than there. The heat shrinkage rate is >50%, which has the right heat shrinkable film molding machine ability for all kinds of special-shaped products, and the package body is natural.

The unique oxygen barrier layer produced by the three-layer composite film is non-breathable, moisture-tight, good barrier property, and is not easy to be contaminated with dust; high transparency, good gloss, and improved product packaging grade; good heat sealability, easy homework The stretched film is not easily broken,It is a very easy to use packaging product in the industry.
