How is the interface of the strapping made?

When packing straps are manufactured, there are usually interface problems. There are many ways to manufacture the interfaces, as follows:

1. Hot-melt lap type; it adopts heating method such as electric heat welding, mechanical high-frequency oscillation welding and ultrasonic welding, which is the surface layer of plastic belt is heated and melted, and the melting surfaces of the two belt ends are overlapped. This method is suitable for gathering. The propylene plastic belt has a strength of only 50% of the base metal, and the adhesive connection is not applicable.
