Grasp the packer's buckle, put the tabs up and turn the flexible strap away from your fare to the right side and turn it into a coil. Put the thread through the middle of the packer and pull the coil around the front tab of the packer to pull out the polyester fiber. Flexible packing The other end of the belt is moved to the packing buckle, wound around a coil, and then folded back towards itself. The upper belt is returned to the winding circle. The coil is passed through the middle of the packing buckle from the bottom and the coil is repeatedly passed around the front buckle of the packing buckle. The foot then loops the coil around the back clasp of the bale clasp to hold the flexible strap at the bottom and then pulls the flexible strap above it, so that the fiber flexible strap does not have any loose part to press the handle to ensure the presser foot of the baler opens and closes As shown in the figure, there is a baler with the presser foot lifted so that the lower strap passes through the middle of the chassis and the cutting device (not through the cutting device) and is placed under the presser foot. Make sure the balers are about 12'' away from the big mouth
Put the upper flexible strap first through the cutting device and then through the reel channel as shown in the figure, then tighten the strap to avoid sliding out. Use the ratchet handle to pull back and forth within 45 to 90 degree angle to tighten the flexible strap. When the package is pulled to the right level, the handle is pressed, the presser foot is released and the flexible strap is cut. When the presser foot is loosened, the baler can be moved to the right side, so that the bottom polyester fiber flexible strap is unlocked and completely Release the tool.
Unscrew the baler handle and remove the flexible strap from the reel, then fix it. You should be aware that the bale presser foot is fully compressed to close.
