What should you watch out for when using PP strapping in production and storage?

The raw materials for the Pp Strapping are plastic materials, and the packaging paper and paper core are all flammable products. Fire safety is extremely careful.

First, a large number of fire-fighting equipment should be purchased, placed in a conspicuous position, set up fire exits, ensure fire-fighting water use, understand fire prevention knowledge, and organize fire training and fire drills.

Secondly, the operation area should be strictly divided, and the mixing area, the scrap area, the finished area, and the production line area should be isolated separately. Stir raw materials should be placed neatly and marked so as not to mix up. Crushed material in the waste area should be affixed to the relevant seal after the pound seal to avoid omissions. Finished areas should also be placed in order according to specifications and grades to avoid shipping confusion.

In short, the production of PP Strapping should be managed in a rigorous and scientific manner at any stage. Do not be careless and cause losses.
